He was born and raised in Chillicothe, Ohio and is a graduate of Chillicothe High School. He received his Bachelors of Science Degree from Shawnee State University. Keegan and his wife Cara have two sons: Miles who was born in 2011 and Vince who was born in 2016. They enjoy going on family hikes, skiing, camping, biking, running, and being in the outdoors.
